It’s the End of Office as We Know It!

As of October 13, 2020, Microsoft will no longer support Office 2010. If your law firm hasn’t upgraded to Microsoft 365, you are about to be on a tech support island. Not only that, any vendor add-ins you use that incorporate Office products (such as your document management system) will blame any glitches and bugs on the fact that you haven’t upgraded.

That’s the bad news.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be too disruptive or expensive to upgrade your firm to Microsoft 365!

Yes, you may have to “stair-step” the process if you are still using Windows 7 because you will have to upgrade to Office 2016 first, then leap to Microsoft 365. (If this is clear as mud, I can happily explain in person. It’s really not that intimidating.)

Upgrade Your Law Firm to Microsoft 365

Once you decide to upgrade to Microsoft 365, you will need to prepare your employees and attorneys for the changes. On that front, I have more good news for you: You only need a light footprint of training!

You don’t need an old-school, five-days-of-onsite-training protocol. Here’s what you need:

1. Complete suite of Microsoft 365 training content

2. Learning management system to store and deliver that content

3. Brief remote training to introduce your team to the changes and to launch your training program

More good news: Savvy Training & Consulting can provide you with each of these services/products and we can do it NOW for LESS than anyone else, with more content and better support. Why? We are offering our SavvyAcademy Learning Management System for free throughout the fourth quarter of 2020. And when you subscribe to the LMS, you automatically get our SavvySMART Content Library, which includes all the training content you need to train your team up to Microsoft 365.

Of course, we also provide remote training and we can turn it around quickly for you.
