Several staff required more advanced knowledge of Excel. The firm needed a trainer who could educate everyone in a single, 2-hour class even though everyone was at various levels of familiarity with the software.

Q. Why did you contact Savvy to help you?
A. We have a contract with Savvy. They have a very good reputation and the service that has been provided to the firm over the years from Savvy has been excellent. It was a no-brainer.
Q. Describe the training.
A. We had a 2-hour session that covered the following Excel skills: filtering, sorting, formula creation, quick formula tips, copy and paste, formatting, headers/footers, creation of and opening requests. There were eight of us that attended. We set up laptops so each participate gained hands-on training.
Q. Describe the trainer.
A. The trainer was very knowledgeable and patient with our very diverse group. Some folks use excel daily and others have only opened it a few times in their career. The purpose was to expose folks to the program and learn some tips to make working in Excel less scary and more user friendly. Our trainer did a very good job of working within our group so that everyone got some good information. He was kind and patient when we really needed it and he repeated often when we needed some extra practice.
Q. Finally, did the training achieve your goals and would you recommend Savvy to others?
A. The training absolutely met our goals and we plan to call upon Savvy again for more Excel and possibly Word training in the near future. It was a success and the evaluations were fantastic. This was a great value and presentation and I would recommend Savvy for any company.
