Doug Striker
Chief Executive Officer
As a former Chief Operating Officer of a prominent law firm, Doug has extensive experience in all aspects of the legal vertical, including finance, human resources, facilities, operations and marketing. Doug earned an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver with a specialty in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Lewis and Clark College. Doug has served on several nonprofit boards in leadership positions, including with the Anti-Defamation League and Portland Mountain Rescue.
Katy Lumley
With over 14 years’ experience in the training industry, Katy has led the selection, implementation and administration of learning management systems for several major corporations and law firms. She also has experience in online, blended and face-to-face course design and development. Katy earned a Bachelor of Science from Ohio Dominican University and a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
Colleen Brown
Colleen has been part of the legal industry for almost twenty years, half of that spend as a senior leader in a mid-sized law firm, collaborating with firm leaders and managing all aspects of the staff and operations. Her passion for education and empowerment is a north star through many varied roles. Among other adventures, Colleen taught in the New York City Public Schools for five years. Colleen earned a B.S. from the College of William and Mary, and an M.S. in Education from Mercy College. She studied Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development, and Strategic Communication at Georgetown University and is proud to be an ACC Certified Coach.
Pam Wurst
Learning Experience Designer
With nearly three decades of experience, Pam is a master Learning Experience Designer, renowned for her innovative approach and unwavering dedication to crafting exceptional training solutions. Pam’s expertise spans a variety of industries, but her primary passion is legal software training and content development. Pam’s extensive skill set, coupled with her infectious enthusiasm, defines her as a dynamic force in the realm of legal education and beyond.
Stacey Callegary
As Savvy’s Customer Experience & Communications Manager, Stacey ensures that clients and team members alike feel supported, informed, and heard. With experience spanning customer service, project management, and HR, she thrives on solving problems and making processes smoother. Stacey loves learning new technologies and helping others get the most out of them. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD.
